Explosion-proof equipment plant
LED sign (clock) indicates time and date in places where explosive atmospheres might be present. It is applied at chemical, oil-and-gas producing, oil-and-gas-processing and shipbuilding facilities, and in hazardous areas at other production facilities.
The advantage of explosion-proof sign PGS-CHASY is high legibility of displayed information thanks to application of light-emitting diodes of high brightness, high reliability of electronic components and energy-independent memory. Indication colors: red, yellow, green. The enclosure of explosion-proof sign PGS-CHASY made from stainless steel AISI-304 guarantees reliability and durability of sign operation even in the most unfavourable operating conditions. Explosion-proof inlet box is made from aluminum-silicon alloy.
Explosion-proof sign PGS-CHASY has a controller with built-in realtime clock, lithium cell for ensuring clock operation in absence of external power.
Explosion-proof LED sign (clock) PGS-CHASY is a digital clock of segmented type and it has seven display elements for indication of each symbol. The sign is intended for display of digits only.
Intrinsically safe buttons are located on the side wall of enclosure for settings of explosion-proof digital clock PGS-CHASY. Contacts of buttons are duplicated in inlet box which enables remote setting.
Scope of application - hazardous indoor and outdoor areas in accordance with explosion protection marking, GOST 30852.13-2002 (IEC 60079-14:1996) that regulates application of electrical equipment in hazardous areas, dangerous production facilities of I, II, III, IV hazard classes under supervision of Rostekhnadzor and national supervisory bodies of the CIS countries.
