Explosion-proof circuit breaker-disconnector-fuse SHGVA-VRP пare intended for switching, protective disconnection and overcurrent protection of the load in low-voltage circuits in hazardous areas of the facilities of chemical, oil processing, gas and other branches of industry in areas with potentially explosive atmosphere. Explosion-proof circuit breaker-disconnector-fuse SHGVA-VRP are made on the base of SHORVA enclosures.
Operating handle of SHGVA-VRP can be sealed.
DISCONNECTION:
- Disconnection of both outputs of fuse links in circuit breakers of all ratings. Quick-acting mechanism of disconnection independent from the fuses.
- Complete disconnection of power circuits for control and assurance of safety of people and equipment.
- Auxiliary contacts GS1 AN.
- Positive opening of contacts in case of contact welding.
- Clearly visible circuit break between open contacts (visible if the enclosure with window is used).
- Category of application ~23/690 V and
23/500 V.
PROTECTION:
- With fuses type gG (gl).
- With fuses type aM (together with overload heat relay).
- With quick-break fuses.
- Indicator of fuse trip (visible if the enclosure with window is used).
- Conventional maximum short circuit current of 100 kA for circuit breakers of all ratings.
- Breaking capacity of fuses is equivalent to the maximum breaking capacity of disconnector switches.
Full production cycle starting from casting molds and to ready product is performed at the explosion-proof equipment plant “ZAVOD GORELTEX” Co. Ltd. on the territory of the Russian Federation.
Scope of application - hazardous indoor and outdoor areas and mines non-hazardous with gas or dust, in accordance with explosion protection marking, GOST 30852.13-2002 (IEC 60079-14:1996) and areas hazardous with combustible dust ignition, as per GOST IEC 61241-3-2011, dangerous production facilities of I, II, III, IV hazard classes under supervision of Rostekhnadzor and national supervisory bodies of the CU and the CIS countries.
