The PKIE-P series explosion-proof control and indicator stations with Ex e protection rating are made of impact-resistant, fiberglass-reinforced polyamide with antistatic modifiers and are designed to control various equipment in hazardous areas. Suitable for use in underground mines and workings.
The PKIE-N series control and indicator stations have received a SIL 2 functional safety certificate. This certification confirms that the equipment operates reliably during operation, ensures functional safety, and can be used in emergency shutdown systems (ESPS). When ordering the equipment, please specify the "/SIL2" option and indicate its intended purpose in the comments: emergency stop, emergency start, or a combination of both. Whether the "/SIL2" option is applicable depends on the control station configuration.
