Explosion-proof heater module GTG-MODULEPURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

Explosion-proof combined heater module GTG-MODULE is installed in housings, automation cabinets and in rooms with equipment that require maintaining of a particular temperature for normal operation. Allowed for operation in class 1 areas 

GTG-MODULE includes:

- 1-4 explosion-proof heaters GTG-OSHA (depending on module power); 

- explosion-proof thermostat DVG-TERMOSTAT3 (controls ambient temperature and switches off the heater in case of overtemperature).

Modular construction significantly increases repairability of the device.

Power connection of GTG-MODULE is performed through terminals in DVG-TERMOSTAT3 thermostat enclosure. DVG-TERMOSTAT3 is more functional thanks to its location in side.

As an alternative, application of GTG-PT explosion-proof programmable thermostat manufactured by Zavod Goreltex may be applied. Also, decorative screen for stainless steel module is available as an additional option.

Note: The devices may be operated in areas classified as T1-T3 in terms of gas ignition temperature. Operation in T4-T6 zones is prohibited.
