PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION
Having considered the application of "ZAVOD GORELTEX" Co. Ltd. and a package of technical documentation, in accordance with article No. 74 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Civil Protection" and taking into account expert conclusion of "Scientific and Engineering Center "GeoMark" LLP No. 04-02/32 dated 18.10.2016, the Republic State Institution "Industrial Development and Industrial Safety Committee" of the Ministry of Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan permits to use the following technologies, technical devices and materials at hazardous industrial facilities:
for using of the following technical devices (manufactured by "ZAVOD GORELTEX" Co. Ltd., Russian Federation) at hazardous industrial facilities of metallurgical, mining, chemical, oil and gas, refining industries in the Republic of Kazakhstan:

The permit is valid provided that requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on civil protection and requirements of technical documentation of the manufacturer are complied with.
