PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

Explosion-proof manual pull station IP-535-GORELTEX2-A is intended for constant all-day operation (possibility to send alarm signals in fire alarm loops when activating the actuating member) in fire alarm and fire suppression systems as a passive element for operation together with receiving and control devices.

The pull station may be applied a single element; there is an option of series connection to fire alarm loop of a group of pull stations. Only a signal from one pull station is sufficient to issue the command from central panel for switching on fire extinguishing systems. The pull station may be applied in hazardous areas of 0, 1 and 2 classes according to GOST 30852.9-2002 and GOST 30852.13-2002 (IEC 60079-14:1999).

Indication operation mode (located on the top): constant green light emission – standby mode, intermittent red light emission – actuating mode.

Alarm announcement mode is switched on by pulling out safety pin. Return of the pull station to initial position (standby mode) is carried out by installation of the safety pin to its proper location using a special tool (flat blade screwdriver). The pull station may be switched to alarm loop with normally closed and normally opened contacts.
