Explosion-proof boards with automatic load transfer type SHGV-AVR (CCFE-R)PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION Новая усиленная конструкция, без изменения весо-габаритных параметров оболочек, позволила расширить область применения оборудования для подгруппы IIC.

Explosion-proof distribution boards SHGV-AVR (with automatic load transfer) are intended for distribution of electrical energy of alternating and direct current in stationary lighting systems, motor power supply circuits etc., installed in hazardous areas.

Number of feeders and their characteristics (number of phases, current) are defined in accordance with customer’s requirements. One module (on the base of SHORV896746 enclosure) can contain up to 27 feeders, therefore a set contains one input module (with automatic load transfer) and two output modules (with feeders) as minimum. If one module with feeders is added to the panel, the width is increased by 730 mm.

Besides, AVR explosion-proof board can be equipped with remote control of outgoing circuits (installation of contactors or geared motors.

Full production cycle starting from casting molds and to ready product is performed at the explosion-proof equipment plant “ZAVOD GORELTEX” Co. Ltd. on the territory of the Russian Federation.

Scope of application - hazardous indoor and outdoor areas of installations of I, II, III, IV hazard classes,  in accordance with explosion protection marking, GOST 30852.13-2002 (IEC 60079-14:1996) that regulates application of electrical equipment in hazardous areas and areas dangerous with combastible dust ignition as per GOST 61241-3-2011.

"X" sign placed after Ex-marking indicates that it is prohibited to use the device in hazardous mixtures of acetylene and air.
