Explosion-proof equipment plant
Explosion-proof heating plates for transportable reservoirs (drums) GTG-LENTA2 are designed for using in cylindrical enclosures, metal drums. The heater enables to maintain the temperature of contents of the drum, to heat quickly and to protect the contents against overcooling. For instance, viscous liquids or solid-state substances may be extracted from cylindrical containers by means of heating of the enclosure. Heaters are highly efficient since the heating element is tightly adjacent to the surface of cylinder.
Built-in thermostat is placed on the heater surface that does not allow the heating temperature to rise above 120°С. Low temperature of heating element excludes oil coking. Simple installation helps to install and dismantle GTG-LENTA2 heaters quickly.
It is required to take into account the heated volume, dimensions of heated element and location. The plates are intended for using for long-term heating and for maintaining of temperatures. For quick heating, several plates may be used.
It is recommended to use PG-TERMOPASTA heat-conducting paste for better transmission of thermal energy.
GTG-LENTA2 heating plates cannot be used for heating of fuel and liquids that ignite at temperature below 200°С!
