GTG-OSHA explosion-proof heaters are intended for maintenance of preset positive temperature in cabinets for control and measuring equipment, automation cabinets and heated cabinets, including in outdoor and indoor hazardous areas. Thanks to the use of explosion-proof heating plates, high operational reliability is guaranteed since temperature fluctuations are excluded or required minimum temperature is maintained. Heating plates are used for prevention of equipment malfunctioning caused by current leakage on electric parts or other malfunctions which can occur due to corrosion of mechanical parts of installations and electric contacts caused by dew point occurrence.

GTG-OSHA explosion-proof heaters for automation cabinets are equipped with built-in thermostat that does not allow the heating plate temperature to rise above 190 °С. Heater design causes so called ‘fireplace effect’ that enables even heat distribution inside boxes and cabinets.

GTG-OSHA explosion-proof heaters for automation cabinets may be completed with control temperature devices.

Scope of application – outdoor and indoor hazardous areas and pits non-hazardous with gas or dust, as per explosion protection marking, GOST 30852.13-2002 (IEC 60079-14:1996), areas with presence of combustible dust, as per GOST IEC 61241-3-2011, dangerous production facilities of I, II, III, IV hazard class supervised by Rostechnadzor of the RF and national technical supervision bodies of the Customs Union and CIS countries.
