Explosion-proof equipment plant
Explosion-proof small-sized LED light fixture SGM02-...S is the 4th generation light fixture with ultra-bright light-emitting diodes of new generation with high efficiency and luminous flux ~155 lm per 1 W. The light fixture is intended for lighting of areas in hazardous zones and installed in areas, which are too tight for installation of standard light fixtures (e.g. container installations).
Practical tests confirmed that explosion-proof LED light fixtures SGM02-...S significantly outperform 200 W lamps in terms of visual brightness and may replace them. Moreover, light fixtures SGM02...-S outperform incandescent lamps by several times in terms of service life and do not have such disadvantages as poor color rendering. Explosion-proof LED light fixtures SGM02-...S switch on in less than 1 second, LED radiation spectrum is characterized by absence of ultraviolet and infrared component. Multiple-lens structure of the light fixture enables to create more comfortable even illumination without blinding eyes.
Full production cycle from foundry patterns to finished products is carried out by explosion-proof equipment plant “ZAVOD GORELTEX” Co. Ltd. in the territory of the Russian Federation.
Scope of application – outdoor and indoor hazardous areas as per explosion protection marking, GOST 30852.13-2002 (IEC 60079-14:1996), areas with presence of combustible dust, as per GOST IEC 61241-3-2011, dangerous production facilities of I, II, III, IV hazard class supervised by Rostechnadzor of the RF and national technical supervision bodies of the Customs Union and CIS countries.
Explosion-proof small-sized LED light fixtures SGM02-...1860S are manufactured on the base of sun-white ultra-bright light-emitting diodes of the last generation "Cree LED"(USA).
