PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

Explosion-proof lift call panels PKIVA-UVL, lift control panels PKIV-ULK, lift control panels from roof PKIV-REVIZIYA, car position indication panels PKIV-IPK are intended for control of elevators, mine cages, subway lifts located in hazardous areas at the facilities of chemical, gas, oil, mining and other branches of industry.

PKIV-ULK, PKIVA-UVL, PKIV-REVIZIYA, PKIV-IPK are are produced on the base of the enclosures SHORV281811, PKIVA111112, PKIVA161008, PKIV311109, PKIV411109,, made from modified corrosion-resistant aluminum-silicon alloy resistant to salt spray and other chemical substances. Antistatic polymer-epoxy powder coating is used for painting of the enclosures. Color RAL 7035.

Lift control panels PKIV-ULK are intended for control of elevator from the car. In accordance with GOST R 53780-2010 and GOST 53388-2009, the control panels are equipped with call buttons of every serviced floor, staff call button, STOP button, and in case of elevators with automatic doors, with buttons of opening and closing of automatic doors and with CANCEL button. Number of floors is up to 12 (PKIV-ULK...+PKIV-ULK7).

Lift call panels PKIVA-UVL are intended for call of the elevator on serviced floors, each floor is equipped with PKIVA-UVL control panel with one or two buttons depending on the type of elevator control (one-way mixed or two-way mixed).

Buttons installed in PKIV-ULK and PKIVA-UVL control stations have backlighting and large diameter, and that operators to work in gloves.

PKIV-REVIZIYA is intended for elevator control in "inspection" mode if it is necessary for the personnel to move around car‘s roof. Inspection panel is equipped with lift operating mode switch, buttons of car‘s moving direction (up and down), staff call button and STOP button.

PKIV-IPK control panels are intended for indication of car‘s position. They are equipped with signal lamps, number of floors - up to 12.

PKIVA-UVL, PKIV-ULK, PKIV-REVIZIYA and  PKIV-IPK are equipped with stationary wall mounting (mounting by means of a standard mounting plates). Upon customer‘s request, PKIV-REVIZIYA can be manufactured with moving suspension mounting (option /PODVES), control unit is suspended on a cable with length XX mm. A special bracket is provided on the enclosure wall at the side of cable gland arrangement for fixation of the control unit to the cable; a cable gland and a grounding bolt are located at the top of the enclosure. Option /RUCHKI is available for convenience of work with PKIV-REVIZIYA control unit.

Full production cycle starting from casting molds and to ready product is performed at the explosion-proof equipment plant “ZAVOD GORELTEX” Co. Ltd. on the territory of the Russian Federation.

Sign "Х", placed after Ex-marking of the device indicates that it is prohibited to use the device in explosive mixtures of acetylene with air.

Scope of application - hazardous indoor and outdoor areas in accordance with explosion protection marking, GOST 30852.13-2002 (IEC 60079-14:1996) and areas hazardous with combustible dust ignition, as per GOST IEC 61241-3-2011, dangerous production facilities of I, II, III, IV hazard classes under supervision of Rostekhnadzor and national supervisory bodies of the CU and the CIS countries.
