PG-TERMOKLEY thermally conductive mounting sealant is an efficient product for widening of the area of heat transfer and excessive heat extraction from the area of adjoining or adjacent surfaces. It helps to glue plates or radiators. Supplied in packages of 1 or 15 kg.
Instructions for use of PG-TERMOKLEY mounting sealant
1. Clean and degrease glued surfaces.
2. Extract the package with part A, bottle with part B and the tube with colorant from the container (in scope of 15 kg package).
3. Cut the package with part A and squeeze its contents into the container.
4. Pour the contents of bottle with part B from above on part А (proportion A:1000/ B:34) and the tube with paint for visual control of preparation of mixture.
5. Mix thoroughly the contents of the container during 3 minutes (until color is homogeneous).
6. Apply two-component PG-TERMOKLEY mounting sealant to the prepared surfaces.
7. Join the glued surfaces. The joint fixation time is 15 minutes. The time of complete curing of the sealant is 24 hours.
