Explosion-proof light signaling devices PGS-SIGNAL (EV-4050-SIGNAL)

Explosion-proof light signaling devices PGS-SIGNAL are intended for issuing light signals in indoor areas of industrial facilities, at outdoor industrial sites and other places where presence of explosive atmospheres is possible.

Explosion-proof light signaling devices PGS-SIGNAL consist of aluminum body with a built-in signal lamp and a heat-resistant impact-resistant glass shade fastened to the enclosure by means of threaded joint.

Scope of application – outdoor and indoor hazardous areas as per explosion protection marking, GOST 30852.13-2002 (IEC 60079-14:1996), areas with presence of combustible dust, as per GOST IEC 61241-3-2011, dangerous production facilities of I, II, III, IV hazard class supervised by Rostechnadzor of the RF and national technical supervision bodies of the Customs Union and CIS countries.

Recommendations on choice of color of beacons light signals according to IEC 73 standard:

Red signal (K) – Danger. Respond immediately. Danger for life or movement of the equipment in secure zone without protection.

Amber yellow signal (ZH) – Warning! Act cautiously. Temperature or pressure deviates from the norm.

Green signal (Z) – Precautionary measure. Act. The test is completed, machine is ready for start.

Blue signal (S) – Installed at place. Settings are ready or remote control.
